The mission of the Barnstable Council on Aging (COA) is to advocate for and meet the needs of the elderly people residing in the Town of Barnstable.
Our vision is to provide a safe and welcoming environment where all participants are treated with dignity and respect regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, ability, gender identity or sexual orientation. By offering a broad spectrum of programs and services, ranging from support and advocacy services to caregiver support, volunteer opportunities and social, educational and wellness activities, we are helping to ensure that older residents in our community remain physically, mentally and civically engaged.
